Smaller than I imagined and the lid leaks.

Looks nice doesn’t work after the first wash. The top will never fit the cup again and it’ll leak forever!

Bought two- both arrived broken

Classy looking. Cap doesn't get stuck as traditional metal shaker caps do. However, this shaker carries only 400ml, which gives little room for the content to rock around. The issue is made much worse because the glass is quite a bit heavier than the typical thin metal, making the acceleration of the container less prominent versus the content. The end result is that it is much harder to crack the ice inside, an event that would otherwise absorb heat and cool the cocktail quickly. Instead the ice is melted at the surface and add water that dilutes the cocktail. I guess there is a reason why one never sees pro bartenders use one of these.

Bought as a gift for a member of the family who works in a bar and does own cocktail making. Great design and good size. Unfortunately I put this in the dishwasher and the rubber ring seal that goes under the metal top came off presumably with the heat, so not as effective now. Would recommend a hand wash but would buy again.

Bought this because I did not want the shiny stainless steel shakers others offered. Works well, the seal prevents spillage and drinks pour easily. Thick glass and looks nice on the sideboard. Not sure I would put it in the dishwasher. Would buy this again.

Good for mixing one cocktail. I bought this one because it looks elegant with its cut-crystal features. Also the lid has a rubber ring that means it fits snugly. If you want to leave it on display it has a nice premium quality and look
