The holder works fine but the elastic band has lost its strength. My advice is not to use on one vehicle that has thicker steering wheel and then try to use on thinner wheel as it will not clamp down as secure. This is why a rated as a 2 star. By the way it was only used twice on thicker steering wheel.

It's hard to put on your steering wheel and my phone is hard to put in it at times.
