Dymatize BCAA Complex 2200, 400 Tablets

For BCAA in pill form this is a great product! Though I prefer BCAA in powder form I ordered it in pill form by mistake. But I haven't found the usual bloating or feeling of being full, that I usually find when taking other pills. ( usually associated with taking in more water). I usually take this product 15 minutes prior to a workout and have not found it to be upsetting to my stomach. Even with heavy cardio, pushups or sit ups. I even chew the product and have not found it bitter tasting or upsetting, if anything I think this helps with absorption. Great product

If you're looking to buy these I presume you know how BCAAs work so I'm not going to tell you about that. I like these pills because they are a good price (especially through subscribe and save), they are easy to carry with you, and they don't taste gross. I've used a few powders before and I find most of them taste bitter, with a pill you just swallow it and you're done! These pills are a little big but you get used to it. I also like that I can take these with me to work without any fear of the mess that can come from a powder. These are easy to take before I head out to the gym, I don't need a certain amount of water to dissolve them in, or a shaker to make sure it actually dissolves. For me its all about the convenience, and these are very convenient.I also feel like I am able to work harder at the gym when I take these. Some days I will forget and not realize until I'm half way through my workout and I wonder why I can't lift the same weight as last week with the same ease. So if you're looking for BCAAs give these a try!

The size of the pills are manageable but you definitely get your money’s worth.

This is my 3rd BCAA product and favorite out of all so far. I had the ON and the MET-RX. The ON was OK, the MET-RX gave me the jitters and this, whether because of the time release or their particular formula, has been by far the best. I notice an increase in energy and drive in the gym without the caffeine like jitters some others gave. Very calm and focused yet very pumped. Nice combo. So far now AA++ . I take 4 before the gym, three after and life is good. Superb

This stuff really helps recover and keep up with highly active sports. I work out 5 times a week intensely and heavy.I also coach soccer twice a week and play soccer 2 week. And I work 50 hours.So this stuff and the gym have help me maintain and keep up with my busy schedule.Bought it early June 2016

I work out with a trainer 3 - 4 times a week. We do interval training so everytime we work a different muscle group. The routine is never the same so it keeps my body guessing. The problem with that is that your body is always sore. My trainer reccommedned that I take BCAA's before and/or after the work out and it would help. She was right. I take before and after and while I'm still somewhat sore, it is much better than before. I highly reccomend this product.

I have been lifting for about 3 years now (benching about 95lbs when I started) and about a year ago I hit a wall where I could not seem to increase my max anymore. So then about 6 months ago I started using muscle milk, glutamine powder, Dymatize BCAA pills, and Creatine Fuel. Before I started this regimen I was maxing out on the bench at about 185 and just last week I did 245 for the first time and I have increased in pretty much every other area as well. I have also noticed that my arms look and feel much fuller, they are up to 16 inches now and I hope to continue my journey and maybe someday in the next year hit the 300 mark on bench and make good gains in other areas as well.

Husband loves this. He says he gets the results he wants. The size are regular capsules, smooth to drink. You gotta take a bunch though, in one serving but he said its no issue.
