I love this product! I use it every day as I am a truck driver.

First of all, this headset works just great during calls. Phone call, Teams/Zoom meeting... no issues there. Whether I'm in a noisy server room or standing next to a loud PA speaker, people can hear what I'm saying. Being single-sided headset, you'll hear the noise, but so far I haven't had moments when the headset is too quiet.Sound quality is alright: lots of bass, highs are kinda there. I might turn down the bass on the phone if I would be listening music for longer periods of time. At first it sounded very dark, but I'm used to it now.Another thing is adjusting the headset properly. It might take a few times to find the sweet spot for your head.Haven't had issues with Bluetooth or its range. It might cut every now and then for a split second if I'm in another room behind one or two doors, but that's better than few other headsets I've tried.Can't say anything about battery life yet, because I don't use it daily and after about a month it's still at 100%. I'd say it's not going to die in the middle of a longer meeting.I've been mostly happy with the headset. With closed headphones and a mic I tend to raise my voice, because otherwise I can't hear myself through the headphones, so I went with this headset and now others don't have to listen me shout on web meetings.But then there's the MS Teams walkie talkie feature, which is why I paid $30 more. The idea is that you press the Parrott button, walkie talkie line opens on Teams and you talk until you release the button, right? The button works *but* Teams doesn't use headset audio. Others hear my pocket, where my phone is, and I can't hear others anywhere. On Zello headset audio works as it should, so I believe Teams app doesn't support the headset or something.Another problem is the firmware update to version 1.05 which causes the mobile app to not recognize the headset. The mobile app haven't been updated since spring. Anyway, on the "out-of-box" version 1.04 the app worked and I could reprogram the button for Zello, etc. but not anymore. Exchanged messages with support but they've been silent for the last six weeks.Bottom line: get the regular B450XT, and stay away from this MS variant for now. Hardware is working and ready to go, but if you need walkie talkie on Microsoft Teams... nope, the software isn't ready yet.

Previously purchased a less expensive version of this and enjoyed it very much. Bought this one after wearing the other one out; impressed with the all-around high quality of it.

I have used this type of headset for years replaced my old set for these and have not been pleased. If someone hangs up before you do. You have to plug them up to turn them back on. Very displeased.

Bought them for my hubby. He loves them. I can tell a difference when I talk to him. I don't hear the sound of the 18 wheeler truck noise anymore. In my eyes they are good.

I ordered is new piece but it’s look like a used headphones because the battery life is no long more then 4 5 hours only and when I opened it it was not sealed. I can say totally wasted money 👎👎👎

It was really nonsense. I bought it two months ago, but now I only used it for 15 days, but it doesn't connect to any device anymore. I paid all this money for nothing. No more, Amazon is responsive, neither the seller. I only paid for 15 days, and now I have to throw it in the trash. .
