Great Laptop for Work/Study
In general a good replace for a work laptop and Tablet, processing is pretty good, I use it for audio editing (18 GB RAM) although the screen quality looses completely against Apple. The touchscreen so far very good response.

constantly freezing
I recently bought this elitebook laptop. It freezes up about every five minutes. It completely locks up and needs a hard restart. I have been working on this for hours. HP is no help at all. The "virtual asistance" which is useless. It is a good computer when it runs but it does run for very long. I suspect that the problem is solvable but it is going to take a longtime and it will have to be done without the help of HP. I have already invest a lot of time setting this computer up so I am going to try to fix it but I would not recommend buying this product. Their support is horrible. If you experience this problem or anyother with this product you are on your own.
