The Cronus Zen has been an incredible addition to my gaming setup! It unlocks next-level customization across all my consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC) with script support, button remapping, and mod capabilities. After some initial setup time, I'm having a blast experimenting with different configurations - the possibilities feel endless once you get comfortable with the software.While there's definitely a learning curve (be prepared to watch some tutorials and tweak settings), the payoff is worth it. The device works flawlessly once configured, and I've noticed real improvements in my gameplay. Being able to use any controller on any system is just the beginning - the real magic happens when you dive into scripting.Pro Tip: Give yourself time to learn the system, and check out the active modding community for amazing pre-made scripts, and youtube for how to lessons on loading them. Hate to do it, but after months of trying to get this device to actually work - it just can't be done and their customer support is non-existent. I've watched and applied every youtube video there is, combed over all their instructions and step by steps all to no avail. I did get the controller to work through the cronus zen but NONE of the macros or scripts work. I can navigate through the gamepacks and scripts via the controller and apply all the settings, but again, none of them actually work. I tried their discord app, but all the information they have there just takes you right back to the same info they have on their webpage and studio app. It really shouldn't be this difficult to get this device to work properly. I know other players use them, so it must work somehow? Maybe I got a defective unit?

I was scared buying this. I’m a decent player but I really wanted to compete with the best. Following all the tutorials on YouTube I learned how to use this product! The intial set up was frustrating but I took my time and got it!! Now I’m one with the Zen Gods!! I totally recommend this! Just take your time in the beginning.

This product is amazing and and helped me greatly when it comes to coding (as a refresher). DISCLAIMER: If you ARE NOT TECH SAVVY OR INTO CODING DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LEARN. For everyone giving negative reviews, unless you took a coding course or have some experience in IT, and aren't willing to put in the time to learn, that's on YOU, NOT the product. As soon as I got it, I plugged it into my computer, and followed the prompts, and was able to find what I needed for the games that I play- of course after updating the firmware. I also installed the program(s) on my backup laptop just in case. I am curious for those that are giving reviews saying that you have to pay for scripts- I haven't seen anything where it says I have to pay for scripts for some games. I mostly go to where the games are being updated or what's hot for right now, and select the games that I normally play, and change the configurations to what I want. Once again, if you're not a real teach savvy person or having experience coding at all, do not get this, because you will get frustrated about the configurations and compiling codes you don't understand.Update: So far I used it on my Xbox Series X and was able to play Borderlands 3 without any issues. I preloaded the configurations to slot 2 and I saw the difference immediately when I started using my weapon in game defeating the Calypso Twins. I am curious about Halo Infinite. Overall this product is amazing
