Light brown delicious ugba/dawa-dawa for egusi, ogbono, pepper soup or any dish your enjoy it in. Try roasting it a little for a more intense flavour. Whether you like it whole or blended. Rinsing before using might help for a lighter flavor. Adjust the quantity you use based on your preference. If you have never tried it before, only use a little until your sense of smell and tastebuds adjusts. It is an acquired taste. Enjoy!
