This product is amazing and simple to use ! I was amazed that it actually worked so easily . I used it to jumpstart a grocery clerk SUV as he was stranded in the grocery store parking lot and it starting his car in no time

Used this several times on a trip to charge my phones, laptop and power a small compressor. The case is a little large, but it is nice. The size is so all the adapters can fit. It does take a little while to recharge, not an issue for me. I hope it works long term, if it doesn't I'll buy another.

I have used this several times now to jump start vehicles. It even j I mpney started my Dodge Ram 1500 that had a completely dead battery. My battery was so dead that the dome light wouldn't even come on. Once I attached this jump box, my truck started right up without hesitation. I plan to buy one of these for each of my kids' and my wife's car.

I brought 2 of these about 1 year ago. I charge it every 3 months to keep it full. Today wife car die and both of these battery would not start the car at all. Both showing 100% full but when i crank the car the battery just die. I had to jump the car old fashion way. Sadly i wasted $100 getting 2 of these.

It had been Amazing! Not only has it allowed me to jump start my own bed vehicle, but I've also gotten to be the hero and jump start several other vehicles for people. I've jump started 3 different vehicles and it still was at 100% and ready to go for more. I've also used it to charge my cell phone. Went from 15% on my phone, to 100% no problem! I highly recommend it.

I just received this unit a few days ago, and I was a bit skeptical that it would be able to jump start my car, so I decided on a test run. I turned on stuff inside my car, and drained the battery until it was down to ~9volts. At this point the car wouldn't start, and most of the other things inside the car wouldn't work. At first when I hooked the battery up to my car and tried to start it I ended up very disappointed. It didn't work at all. However, after some fiddling, here's what I learned:-The instruction manual is misleading.-Connect the jumper cables to this battery pack.-At this point the lights on the cable should be flashing red/green alternating.-Connect the clips to the car battery.-After a few seconds of being connected the lights will stop flashing and just the green light will light up. It's ready to go!-If the red light turns on, then that means the jump starter is no longer providing power. Once the red light turns on, you have to disconnect ALL connections and start over. While it's connected and just the green light is on, then it will work.I drained my car battery a second time, and following this procedure I was able to start the car, but it still took a couple of attempts to start the car before the red light came on. The good news is that when it was working it supplied PLENTY of power. My car started easily and after 2 jump starts the battery still shows 98% remaining. So, it works, but it's fiddly to make it work. Glad I tested it out beforehand, it would have been very frustrating to have to figure this out when stranded somewhere.The safety sensor in the clip leads is too sensitive and unforgiving. It would be very helpful if it self-reset. Disconnecting everything and reconnecting each time is very frustrating.As far as charging other things - it doesn't seem to work with my Dell Laptop (even though it has a connector that fits, I think the laptop detects that it's not an authorized charger), but charges my cellphone fine, and I was able to use it to power other 12v devices.

Jump started a 2012 VW gasser several times in a few days. Would not jump a 2003 VW TDI though.It is nice and small. Easy to use and perfect for storing in the trunk.
