Excellent
I do oil changes and repairs on my car and inevitably some oil ends up on the garage floor, and this product always gets it all clean with no stains. It also works excellently on food grease. During a storm the grease bucket on my smoker got blown around and was lying on its side, a big puddle of jet black grease was laying on my white concrete patio for days. I cleaned the bulk of it with soapy water, and this powder did an absolutely miraculously job with the grease. It’s like it never happened.

Didn't Work
At first I thought this product was working. When it was first applied, it covered the oil stains on our garage floor beautifully. But after a few days, the stain looked pretty much just like it had before the first application. It was applied again, and again, and again, over a period of about 3 months. Each time it covered the stain for a little while, but when the product dispersed, the stain was the same as before we began. After 3 months, it was obvious that this product was only covering the stain for a short time period, but was not actually doing anything to remove the stain, so I stopped using it.

This isn't a bad review for the product just my experience with it
This isn't a bad review for the product just my experience with it .. I first want to start by saying it shipped fast arrived on time . I was expecting the container to be pretty big at least a decent size but this container was so tiny I hardly think it's worth $40 right off the back. The product did work good thought it took most of the stains off so far and cover everything

Works Amazingly Well, But Use Water
Used as the manufacturer recommends and given adequate time and a bit of attention, Eximo works as promised. My wife's old Lincoln had a serious oil leak from bad crankshaft seals. Fixing the problem would have cost more than the car was worth so we just let it leak until we were finally able to replace it. This might have been a good fiscal strategy but it was not so good when it came to the aesthetics of our driveway; the thickness of the buildup was measurable, so heavy that I decided to use a square-nosed shovel to scrape off a layer or two before commencing with remediation. This still left a thick, ugly layer of oil in place for the first application of Eximo, so my hopes were not high and the results of the first application which, per the online instruction video, was brushed on and left dry, were discouraging to say the least. Reading the printed instructions, I noticed that they stated that wetting the powder would speed up the process so after the next couple of applications I used a misting nozzle on a garden hose to wet it down, enough to leave a film of water on top but not enough to wash away the powder or cause runoff. The results were strikingly better, with a significant reduction of staining within days of each application. Thinking that if one watering worked well, maybe even more watering would work even better, I began misting the treated area daily, and got amazing results. The speed of the process increased greatly, with noticeable change every morning. After six weeks, there's still an ugly stain on our driveway but it's size is very much reduced and patches of clean concrete are showing through as I continue with weekly applications.Used dry, Eximo treatment is glacially slow and probably not cost effective. When used with water, however, the stuff is amazing and well worth the price.

Working well on the driveway
So far, I like this stuff. Too early to tell, but it is quick go after aged oil spots. It would be nice if we had 90 days to give reviews. More realistic for items that require a little time to show actual performance.
