Does what it's supposed to
Not much suction power as its only to collect milk that is leaking its somewhat comfortable as it does get uncomfortable after 3 hour of wear and it does build up a vacuum after being on for so long. It also collects moisture from sweat and humidity from your areolas and you have to guve yourself a couple hours off of it.

Life saver!!
These lady bugs are everything I was looking for! My newborn is a great eater and my milk production is not keeping up with the amount he needs. I was initially using cotton reusable breast pads in between breastfeeding and pumping sessions however felt that all the milk absorbed by them was such a waste. When you are trying to feed your baby as much breast milk as possible, every drop counts! I didn't realize how much milk I was essentially throwing away until I popped these on. I have been able to collect an ounce of milk between every feeding session. Additionally, I don't have to worry about leaking through my pads anymore, or that God awful spoiled milk smell at the end of the day. They are easy to use and comfortable. The suction is great but not painful. I've even slept with them on with no leakage or issues. They actually stay on without a bra too but it feels weird to me without the extra support. I have used them in the shower as well as the hot water usually triggers a let down. Anything to collect enough to feed my little one. They also are not noticable under clothing though your boobs will look about 1-2 cup sizes bigger. My only critique is that my breasts get hot and sweaty if I'm not mindful of it.I do recommended that you collect and refrigerate your milk every 3-4 hrs as it's only good to stay out at room temperature for 4 hours. All in all the best purchase I have made for breast feeding. I highly recommend these!

No suction, leaks air through plug.
Makes catching letdown while breastfeeding on other side super comfortable but has little to no suction. The plug on 1st one is super hard to open to the point I don't think I will risk spilling milk to open it and it has just a little suction, just enough to hold it in place if you don't move. The plug hole on the 2nd one has a extra flap that keeps it from sealing and leaks air so there is no suction at all. See picture.Over all with a good fitting bra they stay in place with no suction and I have saved almost 3oz in just two feedings because I have crazy heavy let down. Helps me save milk and keeps my shirt dry, so does the basics I need it to do.PSA don't try to dry the inside with towel, you end up with a ton of lint. Use one at a time or buy a second set to enable time to air dry.

Great but not discreet
I’ve been using these for a month now and I purchased them for convenience when I’m out for long periods of time. The 5oz ladybugs are great for catching large amounts of let down. I don’t recommend this size if you don’t have lots of let down. I easily get over 2 oz in between pumping sessions so it works for me in that sense. HOWEVER, THESE ARE NOT DISCREET WHATSOEVER. I’m very self-conscious of their size and how the ladybugs make me look, and I can’t help but feel uncomfortable because of how much they stick out and bulge out from my chest. I find myself worrying about what to wear when I go out so they won’t be so noticeable, and I still notice that they draw lot of unwanted attention. In summary, these are the best out there, appearance-wise, they are VERY awkward under clothing. If you don’t mind the bulge, go for it! However, I’m really leaning towards getting the smaller ones even if I have to constantly be pouring them out.

Way better than disposable pads!
So I knew I leaked a lot during the day but I never realized just how much until I purchased these and started to collect. All of that milk had previously been wasted into disposable pads, what was I thinking?!The good: super easy to use and they hold pretty well on their own when you've got them suctioned on. I've slept with these just to try and they held like a charm. The bad: it can be uncomfortable at times and depending on the bra, hard to disguise them. Plus if you're moving around and there's an ounce or more in there, it can be kinda odd feeling the milk slosh around your nipple. I'm always paranoid it's gonna suddenly spring a leak on me and I'm gonna be drenched. The funny: ever want to know what you'd look like 2+ cup sizes bigger? My husband called them the milk implants for a reason.

Not worth the hassle
There was not enough suction to not have something supporting them. And the suction you did get hurt. The five oz was huge and I would never feel comfortable wearing in public because of the bulkyness it was obvious you were wearing something in your bra. I also think it slowed down my milk production but not certain. I stopped using them after a day

couldn't figure these out
I ended up giving them away I couldn't get any supply to collect in these cups, switched to a hakka and that feed had 2 oz where I had droplets in the lady bug. which was disappointing because they were so cute!

Wish I had bought earlier while breastfeeding
Very easy to use, they stay put in your bra, and are very comfortable (I forgot I was wearing them). Also really easy to clean and not spill the milk out while dumping into a bag. I wish I had bought them earlier so that I could have saved all the milk that just leaked into my breast pads. Each time I have used them, I have gotten 1 to 2 ounces in just a couple of hours. The 150 mL size feels kind of large since I have always been small-chested (but felt fine wearing them out with a loose fitting shirt) so I am buying the 75 mL ones to try them out. I figured it wouldn't hurt to have two sets.
