Gute Alltaghelferlein und mit der entsprechenden Pflege auch scharf
Ich finde die Messer einen guten Kompromiss aus Preis und Leistung. Ich habe Gemüsemesser gesucht, die scharf sind, aber nicht so teuer, dass sie mir zu schade wären, wenn sie in die Spülmaschine kommen. Die Messer hier sind scharf - und wenn man sie regelmäßig nachschleift, bleiben sie das auch. Anders als teurere Kochmesser, kommen sie bei uns der Einfachheit halber aber in die Spülmaschine. Das hat ihnen bisher (nach 1,5 Jahren Nutzung) auch noch nichts ausgemacht. Insofern empfehle ich sie gern weiter.

Article très fragile au niveau de la lame, cassée nette après une chute au sol .
Utilisé pour éplucher les légumes article très efficace . Par contre lame très mince et fragile cassée nette après un chute au sol depuis le plan de travail ce qui est courant dans la pratique .

Best darn little trio of prep knives ever!
Just a terrific set of pairing and prep knives. Very portable. Great feel with impressive sharpness. I would highly recommend them.I use them several times a week to trim meat, slice a few vegetables, etc.I don’t think you’ll regret purchasing these at all.
