Wrong connectors
Looks like a very nice headset, but because of confusing model numbers from my new SNOM VoIP phone system, these headsets didn't fit so I had to return them. VoIP Manufacturers: Please use unambiguous model numbers for your systems. And Headset Manufacturers could be a little more forward about the connectors.

Like Headset, but it broke and having hard time getting replaced under warranty
Headset is really clear and works well but the mouth piece broke off. It is still under warranty and I have followed instructions to get a new one, but no response to my request for over 30 days.

Cheaply made.
Very cheaply made. Break really easy. Don't waist your money. You will have to get a replacement if your going to use them very often.
