My friend, I'm so sorry, it doesn't support sublimation

Can I do sublimation printing on here?

No, my friend, it can't sublimate, it will be melted.

I want to apply a sticker and cut to that shape. Is it pliable enough that this might work easily? Thx!

It is about as thick as a heavy duty refrigerator magnet. It is pliable, we generally cut this with heavy duty sissors or long tip sheet metal shears. Should work fine to mount your sticker.

What size is the actual magnet?

It is the size of the entire mat.
