What I needed

Yes the pads come vacuum sealed and compressed. But it’s really not a big deal. Just dunk in a bowl of hot water and they expand immediately. Then you just need to let them dry unless you use them damp. I think the biggest concern some may have should be they are only one time use pads, but the vacuum sealing that everyone complains about isn’t that big a deal.

I use these to polish/wax the deck of my boat and they work great.They do come vacuum compressed and there’s several ways to “puff” them back up.The first is to just open the pack, set them out and wait for a day or so to inflate.The other, is to take an iron and steam them and they’ll plump up immediately.I have a 30 foot sailboat and used 2-3 packs to polish/wax the entire deck the first time I ever waxed the boat (so it was pretty dinghy)Every time I want to do a refresher polish, I only use a pack.Overall they work great but they’re obviously single use. If using for boat cleaning, for smaller (30ft+/-) boats I’d buy 4 packs for first season cleaning, then buy 2 more for refresh for the rest of the season.

Pads came squished, smashed flat. The two black and two lime green pads never came usable. Tried hair dryers, heat guns, nothing worked. Worthless. Waist of time. Defective junk.

Ok, changed my review. All items come airtight (vacuumed sealed), no instructions on how to lay them out or what to do to get them to expand back to normal size. After deciding to toss them all in the sink with some water, pads reached the normal size. Pretty decent buffing pads for the price. I would definitely buy these pads again.

4 of the pads will not fluff up at all after releasing from the vacuum seal. We even tried to put them in our dryer but they are trash. So you are paying for 12 pads but you will actually have less that will be useful. Waste of my money.
