Yes, when adequate power is restored to the UPS and is within the operating voltage range of the UPS, it will restart online operation.

Will this UPS provide continuous power in the case of a power outage?

This Back-UPS Pro instantly switches to battery power, when the main power goes out. The average transfer time is 8 milliseconds, and most connected devices do not experience any interruption in power.

Can I plug the UPS into an extension cord or does it have to be plugged into a wall?

In order for your UP to get the best power available, you should plug it directly into the wall receptacle. Plugging your UPS into a surge protection may cause the UPS to go on battery more often, even if the main power has not gone out.

Parfait !

La batterie de secours fonctionne parfaitement. J'ai un serveur avec ses deux alimentation branché dessus (avec une consommation moyenne de 450w) j'ai régulièrement des micro coupures de courant, et cette batterie Tiens très bien. Je n'ai eu aucun problème avec. Actuellement il est affiché sur la batterie que la charge utilisé est en moyenne, et une autonomie de 16minutes.
