Great replacement remote.
This remote is an exact copy of the original remote but without the DENON logo. The functions are just as good as the original and it works extremely well with my DENON S710W receiver. The remote is extremely inexpensive for its functionality. All you have to do to get started using this remote is insert batteries, very easy to use.

It looks like and works like the original remote that I needed to replace, at 50% to 75% off the cost of other ones on here, there's no reason to buy a more expensive one.
