The water-soluble pencils can only be mixed with water to create a transparent wash.

Why are all the reviews about the sharpener? Isn’t this a full set of pencils too?

I ordered a single sharpener then I ordered some pencils with a sharpener

Does it count as ebony pencil?

I certainly do recall my first Ebony Pencil from the 1980s when I was in an Advanced Visual Arts Magnet class as a teenager. I have not yet recieved these pencils so I can not compare. The funny thing is. I think I have an,Ebony Pencil in a tackle box of art pencils from my high school. Whoever created the Ebony Pencil went out of business. So of course Prisma began using the name.

Does this set come with a "Blender pencil"?

Sorry, it was no blender pencil
