Yes, it does, Mark. The Belkin 4-Port SOHO KVM Switch comes with a USB KVM Cables and one (1) 12 V / 1 Amp Power Supply.

Q: Is the belkin f1ds104j soho kvm switch compatible with windows 10

It is compatible with Windows 10 - however, it does not seem to work with the newest Asrock motherboards. The monitor always works, but keyboard and mouse don't work. Older Asrock motherboards and gigabyte mother boards seem to work just fine.

Q: How does the unit connect to each computer's mouse/keyboard? i see the usb/ps2 connect for the console, but how does each computer connect its mouse?

Hi, Jeff. You will only need one keyboard and mouse set for all 4 computers. With the newly redesigned SOHO KVM Switch, you can share your monitor, keyboard, and mouse with up to four USB and PS/2 computers. Just simply connect the cable that goes from the back of the device that has a USB connection into the back of your PC.
