A quality switch at a reasonable price.
The switch, while being somewhat under powered for the number POE ports installed, was easy to setup and serves my purpose well.

Very pleased with the quality and setup
This was a replacement for a smaller, older Ubiquiti switch that I had in my setup. As usual, I pulled this unit out of the box, plugged it into my existing network, and then plugged in into the wall. My controller discovered it, provisioned it, and then applied the latest firmware. So far, I am very pleased with the quality and performance of the switch in my home network/lab network. I also use the switch to power a Unifi WiFi Access Point with PoE+. Very happy.

Simple to manage using the UniFi platform, POE ports and it hasn’t given any trouble at all.

Great switch for your home network
Solid switch, it's managed and it's easy to navigate inside the configuration.There's not a steep learning curve as everything is labeled well in the configuration.Great value for your money.I would buy again.

POE+ capabilities iffy at load
I generally really like the Unifi gear. This switch does the job, however I was having some problems with WiFi which I eventually tracked back to this switch and its POE capabilities. What I found is even though it is rated for 45W total, I found that once it gets to around 33W you start having strange issues. Some of this is related to spikes in demand for power of the end devices. However, as far as I can tell the failures are happening silently, giving no indication that it may have been exceeding its capacity.I moved a couple devices off to their own POE injectors (that came with the devices) and the issues have stabilized.That's really disappointing because it took a long time to figure this out
