Simple but perfect
What I like, Simple little fitting that works perfectly, 1 screw to firmly fit to the wall. can point the shower head in any direction. I had purchased 3 fittings before this one all had to be discarded for various reasons wish I could have come across this one first. What I don't like, absolutely nothing

Shower head holder - or is it?
We mounted this on the wall to hold a shower head! What an idea! Easy to fit though. However it did not really suit as the taper for the hose end was, as far as we were concerned, inverted and the shower head was not firmly held, more balanced in place. Anyway we have after 3 months removed it and are seeking another solution better suited to requirements. I am sure it would be fine for many, but not us. Any one want a used holder?
