I was scared to use my first non disposable safety razor and I used it with extreme care the first time. At this point, however, I found that I can use it almost like any other razor and haven't cut myself with it not even once. You can definitely apply a little bit of downwards pressure while shaving and it isn't an issue, but start cautiously until you learn what is ok and what isn't. I recommend not storing it in the shower if you want the blade to have a loner life (too damp, I think it's good that it dries between uses). I find the design allows the hair to fall through rather than getting trapped like in disposable ones. I haven't yet tested ordering blades and returning the used ones for recycling and do not expect to test it until like 2025 at this rate, because it comes with a few blades already. It has solved my disposable razors problem forever.

Handle is great but it didn’t come with razor blades and have had to contact UpCircle direct to rectify.

I recommend taking small amount of hair off at once rather than scraping up your whole leg like you would with a plastic razor. Takes more time but legs feel smoother afterwards and it is exo friendly! The razor blades are also really cheap which is a bonus, you can recycle the blades back to the company and they will give you £1 off your next lot of blades if you send in 10.

Extremely disappointed of the seller! Misleading pictures, this razor doesn't come with the stand. However it is advertised on the pictures with it. I think this is really overpriced! You can get the same type of razor for better price on Amazon! The colour is also different, it is more an ugly greyish cream colour than the light cream colour as it looks like on the pictures.Lastly, it is also arrived with delay. Extremely disappointed!!!
