This was great as both hot and cold relief for my carpel tunnel. I recommend it.

This provides phenomenal support for carpal tunnel and wrist pain. It's like plunging into a cold bath on a 100-degree day. It fits my very small wrist as well, which is amazing! I highly recommend it for anyone seeking relief from pain!

Nice fit , but make sure you buy the one with 2 ice packs. They dont stay cold very long.

I have had them one day and used them once. Little soon to ask for evaluation. They fit well over my arthritic wrists. Were quite cold in fact strangely right wrist handled cold better than left. Suspect thats a “body” issue not an ice pack. I was impressed they included a storage bag to keep it from picking up the typical freezer odors. Have not used for heat. Stayed cold a good while. But doctors suggest 15 on 15 off. Meeting expectations so far

Just love it! The material is soft & pleasing to the eye, as well as easy to wipe clean. Love that they give you a pouch to place your ice pack inside to keep it clean. It’s perfect to my needs especially for my lower part of my thumb which needs icing. Also it can be used for heat as well. The instructions gives you cold & hot temperatures for dual uses, love that & they send a thank you note which is nice!

I've bought the Hilph cold sleeves for elbow knee and ankle, but this one (wrist) isn't in same league. Doesn't provide any cooling relief. They may want to make same as the ankle wraps so they do provide ice pack relief. Just don't provide any coolness at all.Left insert in freezer two hours, put in wrap, and nothing.Have to shop around for better wrist pack.

This is a very comfy brace and it provides good relieve. The ice pack stays cold for about 15 min. Wish the ice pack stays cold for longer but overall good quality and fair price!
