Okay at first I wasn't sure if she would help me produce more milk but this tea did just do that. I would have to 2/3 cups a day the liquid intake with the tea made me produce so much milk it is an awesome product.

Moms in my family have been consuming Shatavari to increase breast milk supply, so I tried these and have had good results. The taste of Shatavari is pretty subtle, at least to me. It tastes more cardamom than Shatavari.

Unfortunately I struggled with my milk supply and this tea helped a lot (for me). I would definitely buy again.

I love this tea not only because it helps me with milk production but also because it tastes great! I add some sugar and milk. I keep buying it from the same seller however it was cheaper couple weeks ago.

This tasted watery, I couldn’t taste cardamom or tea, and didn’t help with my milk at all. Tried adding two and three packets at a time and still no taste or increased supply.

I drink this tea regularly to maintain the breast milk supply, it does help, of course not alone (have to feed the baby or pump regularly). The taste is good, of course with time you may get bored with it, but I tried others and at least this one is much better, not sour, not sweet.

Actually made me produce less milk which really disappointed me.. wish I had the great experience the other women had... tea tastes good though
