Alpine MRV-M500 500 Watt RMS Class "D" Mono Car Amplifier + Amp Kit

I have this hooked up to a 12 inch Infinity Reference sub... So it's a little hard to tell how hard this amp can really hit since I have it hooked up to a slim sub set to 4 ohm. However, it definitely does it's job very well. I did have one problem with the wiring kit, after a month or so the fuse holder no longer held the fuse properly so the amp didn't have power... $8 replacement. Plus AudioWatt has had great customer service. I'd definitely suggest this amp if you want a quality product and get a sub to hit hard without spending a fortune.

Great amplifier. Paired with a kicker comp 10" and threw the bass knob on with it. Fantastic setup for the price

AMP rocks for 3 stars. Wiring kit was garbage and the wire size is smaller than advertised. product said 8 Ga. 0.1285" wires provided with product. but in reality the wire kit has 16 Ga. 0.0508" power and ground wires with a very thick casing. I will be throwing out the wiring kit and purchasing another from a reputable source.

This amp does exactly as advertised. It pushes my subs very well and has pretty clean audio quality. My one complaint is the quality of the speaker wires that is in the kit. The rest of the wiring kit works well. I recommend using higher quality speaker wires instead of the ones provided

The amp kit is not what is in the description & its as cheap as they come. Although this amp is a solid little power house. I've got it pushing a single 10" Alpine shallow mount sub & it rocks. Does not get too hot & provides plenty of clean power. Highly recommend.

I hooked this amp to 2 10 inch speakers and the amp started smoking. And no i didnt hook it up wrong. I have another amp i hooked up and the speakers worked fine. Had to be a defect. Giving me a refund without a hassel so thats a plus.
