Perfect cup and images are terrific. The only thing is the pictures take awhile to show up. I had to run hot water in and over outside of cup to have them appear.

The only problem have with this product is the color. Chosen black and it came in red.

Very cool cups, but I was slightly disappointed that the picture and text is still visable when the cup is cold. It looks completely black in the pictures, which is kinda misleading.

I really liked the way my mug turned out to be. I purchased it as a birthday gift for my husband from my daughter and really liked how they gave the option if you would want the picture to be both sided and not just on one side. As the description said, the picture becomes visible once hot water is poured into the cup and the picture did not take long to appear. I would definitely purchase another in the future for other closed ones in my life as a gift and definitely recommend it for others to buy as well!

The quality of the picture was quite impressive on the cup when warm water was placed in it. It was quite neat and a good job done.
