Very Filling
Love, love these Cinnamon Crunch bars. They keep me satisfied for hours. Tasty with no weird after taste. Wish they were cheaper so I could eat them more often. I throw them in my bag for when I'm on the run and have no time to stop for lunch.

Over powering cinnamon taste
Not a fan of the flavor...the cinnamon is very over powering, not in a good way. So hard to explain. It was all I could taste.

Strong cinnamon flavor
These are similar to items I get from a local weight loss clinic so figured I'd give them a try. Tasted good but the cinnamon was a bit too strong for my taste.

Kinda like a cinnamon bun w/out the carbs and sugars
If you miss cinnamon buns, this gives a slight nostalgic feel of the real carb loaded buns. Pretty enjoyable compared to most of the bars.
