Should have ordered Z-fold towels, not these C-fold towels
These are C-fold paper towels, which means that when you pull one out, the next one is NOT CONNECTED TO IT and there will be no paper hanging down out of the dispenser, ready for the next user to easily pull the next one out. So you have to dig in the dispenser every single time you want a towel, which results in our employees pulling out multiple towels that stack up on the counter because no one else wants to use them. Now we know to order the Z-fold, so that when you pull one out, the edge of the next one comes out of the dispenser and is ready for the next user to grab. The quality of the product is fine, but we are wasting paper because of the C-fold design.
