Item arrives with no warranty information, no technical information. Website listed on back does not provide support for this item, phone number listed on back of manual is disconnected. You can control the robot remotely as long as the app is active and iPad screen is on. if iPad screen is off, someone has to physically slide-to-unlock the screen in order for the app to auto answer the incoming request. The slide-to-unlock feature is not related to passwords and can't be removed from an iPad unless you jailbreak it. Good luck getting any information on this device aside from the videos and notes related to marketing.
