I needed this for a recipe and couldn't find granulated onion in my grocery store. This is excellent though not sure it is much different than onion powder. I use onion powder a lot so this won't go to waste.

More like a granule than a powder
Texture is more similar to a granule then a true powder but still worked in all my recipes and was not really a problem
