Cute Cage but Hard to Clean
I’ve had this cage for just about 2 years now and I think I have enough information to leave a good review on it.Its super cute and the colors are just like the picture, but its a pain in the ass to clean. Its shape makes it hard to decorate the cage but that isn’t my main problem with it.Design Flaws:- The food and water bowls. > The bowls are made of clear plastic which makes any sort of gunk hard to see. I cant count how many times I have gone in for a deep clean of the water cup and I didn’t notice the sludge on the cup. I deep clean it everyday now to make sure that my bird doesn’t get sick- The cage wires cant hold much weight. > So why not get a new food and water dish? I tried, but the wires bent on the side of the cage and when it was attached it was so wobbly I was scared the cage was going to break.- The “house” peaks. > Not too big of a deal but it makes putting up toys and other such a bit of a task. Toys usually hang from the top of a bird cage, so getting the right height is important. It isn’t something major, but its still a pest. Now its major downfall, the cleaning tray. This seems like a nice tray but the ledge is constantly covered in bird poop. It requires me to clean the ledge before I can even pull out the tray to clean the lining. The little space between the tray and the ledge lets poop and other bird debris fall right in. This wouldn’t be so much of a problem if you could fit your hand in the “tray shoot” area, but the tray is about 1/4th an inch wide. I have small hands and arms and I cant even reach in there without having to move the grate which I can’t fully remove. Ive tried every method from shaking the cage to using a stick to try to scoop it out, but the best method I’ve found is just using your hands and forcefully shoving them into the small spaces. This is obviously not ideal. It may be cute, but if you dont want to spend 2 hours cleaning the cage, I’d opt for a more practical one

AWESOME PRODUCT! STURDY!
I read the reviews, and one said it had no cleaning tray, so I was nervous (the picture showed one!) but it does, it's just packed in a way that is slightly deceptive. It's a nice one with no gaps, no worries! The bottom has a nice size side wall to help catch seeds hulls and feathers (to the extent that's possible, heh).Just read the excellent instructions. This arrived 10 days earlier than promised, and was super easy to put together (10-15 minutes, really). NO tools, everything is pre-formed for easy hook together by hand. NO sharp edges anywhere, snug fit with no escape possibility. The food dishes are large, and all doors glide easily. Front door is big enough for the hanging bath to be easily installed/removed. Four nice long perches included.I have now ordered the matching white rolling stand, because this is a keeper. It has two foldable handles for lifting cage off to take birdies outside on nice days!I had parakeets non-stop starting at a very young age, and have been without for 20 years (too long!). It amazes me how nice these newer cages are. This one is GREAT!I'm adopting two orphan parakeets and I think they will love this new home!

I love this cage.
I have three parakeets, two 3-year-olds and one 13 years old. They love this cage. They eat on one side, play in the middle and sleep on the other side. This is not a flight cage but there is room for them to spread their wings and have a little fun from side to side. Only one of my younger birds likes to fly anyway and she's out of the cage quite a bit. The other two are content with this cage and rarely leave it. Because I live in the north I keep a warming blanket around the perimeter of the cage when the temperature falls below 65, otherwise I keep the perimeter wrapped in a white sheet to contain the feathers and bird food that get strewn about when the birds flap their wings. I feed and water my birds by removing the rooftop - it's easy. I use cage liners that I change out once or twice a week, again through the roof. When I change out the warming blanket I also wash the tray and vacuum whatever feathers may be sticking to the bottom of the cage. My birds have adapted to the sound of a vacuum hose but I wouldn't recommend it for birds who are easily startled. If that's the case, to prevent feathers from scattering while cleaning the cage, spray a bit of water on them. This makes wiping them up much easier.

Great size house for a small bird, lotsa room for toys
Replacement of the same cage I bought at Petsmart 6 yrs ago, same price. This is my pet sparrow's house and she is very territorial and will NOT let me change ANYTHING in her cage, so I had to get her the EXACT SAME cage, down to the color, or she would know, lol. Arranged her toys and perches exactly the same so we are both happy. Took 1 star away because the tray liner is plastic and it dried out and broke, also some of the bars separated on the old one. The new one has the same plastic tray liner and the cups don't seem as sturdy as the old one. Otherwise, easy to clean. I figured at $10 a year, she was due for a whole new 'room.'

HAPPY BIRDS
This cage is a replacement for 2 parakeets. It has 2 fold down handles on top for moving the cage, 2 doors that will hold food or water dishes, 1 large center door, and a slide out tray at the bottom for easy cleaning. The floor is wire mesh same as the cage wire, and there is a slide out tray beneath the mesh to catch droppings. It comes with 2 feed dishes each with a detachable roof to keep food from spraying around when they eat (I removed the roofs), 2 long wood dowel perches that run the length of the cage, and 2 shorter wood dowel perches that run the depth of the cage. The perch locations can be adjusted to your bird's preference. My birds happily use all of the perches. The wire is of reasonable quality typical of what you find in most cages for small birds. The cage sits on 4 sturdy-enough feet rather than flat on the ground which is not apparent in the photo. I added a white mesh wrap around skirt (separate purchase, size large) to help keep food from hurling out of the cage. So far all is good. I recommend this purchase!
