Kraft Tool DW729 Flex All Stainless Steel Joint Knife, 4-Inch,Multi

I bought this knife (and other sizes from kraft tool) because I was tired of scrubbing out and drying the local store branded ones only to have them rust anyway. I will never use any other brand for my drywall tools again. They are a work of art. Functionally the knife is fantastic and allows for great control/smooth results. But the best part is the maintenance or lack thereof. Not only does it not rust - no chemical or putty sticks to it. After heavy use in less than ideal circumstances it still looks and works flawlessly. I've used this for every kind of putty imaginable, not just drywall. It just feels amazing in your hands. These are on the stiff side, though, so if you are for some reason looking for a very flexible type of joint knife this is probably not the brand you want. The stiffness does not in any way impede its performance - I've adjusted my technique a little to account for it and get much better results than any other brand of the 10+ I've used.

We use this to clean our Blackstone grill. The other ones that we bought would all rust or leave scratches. We have had this for about 4 months and it has not rusted or left any scratches. A very good buy.

Don't listen to the people posting negative reviews obviously they don't know what they're talking about. I'm a drywall finisher by trade and use these everyday. They are top of the line knives

By far the best made highest quality putty knife I’ve ever owned. Very slight (medium) flex to the blade with a very ergonomic handle. Easy to clean with no rust.
