Good quality and sound
I have used the product for 10 days and it seems to be working well. The OS is decent. The picture quality and sound are good. I prefer using casting videos since it is relatively simple and quicker. If you do screen cast with a mobile/PC, then there is quite some lag. For what I paid, it seems to be well worth the money for now.

Good quality for 1st 4k tv purchase
This is my first time buying a 4k tv. I have not compared it with any other brands. I got a good deal and it fit my budget so I purchased it. I have been using it for a month now and I can say it is a very good upgrade if u had a full hd tv. Since I have a small room the sound quality is enough, no need for additional speakers. The picture quality is magnificent if u are watching a 4k movie. If not 4k, the quality is decent. The handsfree feature is ok, but the tv sometimes randomly listens to commands even if u were not giving any. My pc is not able to handle 4k movies as it is old. But copying on pendrive (not NTFS) and then playing thru usb works.

Best in the range of budget TVs, Blindly go for it...
Very confused about which TV should I buy in the range of 30k to 35k, after watching several youtube videos I came to the conclusion that VU and Mi TV are in the top league but VU is not available and MI TV has brightness of only 200nits, which reduces the colour production and 4K videos look dull.Then I read the specifications of this TCL and found that it has all the needed specs like high contrast ratio, high brightness, micro dimming, Chromecast built in, bezel less design, 2gb RAM and 16GB internal memory.After using for three days I found that Display is excellent, 4K videos run smoothly, punchy colour production, no connectivity issue, software runs without any lag.Sound is pretty decent, for a small room. There is no need of external soundbar within a small room.Installation was fast.Only thing I'm not aware of after sales support, but the installation guy told me the vendors who provide services for MI tv are same for TCL.If you are looking for a budget 4k smart tv...then go for it.

Display quality is poor.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this, got it installed today. Peeled of the stickers from the screen and found out that green haze in the screen beneath the area that covered the stickers. Thats not glue, that green/pale haze is coming from the pannel. Annoys trmendously when watching in dark. Have applied for a replacement. Someone from AHS will come to inspect and then approve the exchange. Hope this goes hassle free and the next one doesnt have the same issue.Also, When in light background, the display doesnt look smooth, some light vertical lines and dark/light spots appear on the screen all over, doesnt look uniform as if old/defective.

Amazing tv with awesome picture quality
Earlier I was in doubt to go for online purchasing for a tv.One of my friend suggested me TCL brand, I ordered this tv , got delievary on time. When I saw the picture quality and sound quality I was amazed. Really it's a great product with value for money.

tcl product nice but within six months baclight out now my tv no video only audio its under warrant but service center ask me two weeks to replace parts but already one month no response from tcl so pls dont go or tcl brands service is very poor
