Mueller Cleaver Knife Vegetable & Meat Cleaver, German High Carbon Steel

It's sharp, cuts meats and veggies up nicely. Handle is thick enough for a nice grip. It's also comfortable for those with larger and smaller sized hands to use, and the weight is nice as well being heavy enough to cut through a large squash nicely, but light enough to still utilize it without tiring out your arm and hand. Excellent price to boot!

This cleaver looks beautiful. The stainless steel blade has a dull polish to it that was free of scratches or blemishes. The handle is also very nice and comfortable to hold. There was no chipping or cracking on the handle, and the differences in the grain colors really pops. The blade itself required no sharpening out of the box and it came extremely sharp. Tried it on the corner of an old sponge and it super easily went through it. I have used it everyday for about a week now, and it has felt comfortable to use and held up well so far to both chopping and cutting. Overall, it has been a very nice addition to my kitchen.

Could be heavier. But 5 stars because I should have looked at weight. Very nice handle and blade is sharp.

The set looks great on our countertop. Easy to grip and very sharp. I do a lot of cooking cut up a lot of meat and this works great! I would recommend this to anyone.

一応使ってみましたが、鹿の解体には小回りのきくナイフの方が、やり易いです。ただ、関節を切ったりするのは刃を当てるだけでスッパリいくし、肉のブロックを切り分けたりは楽でした。 もったいないので骨などに打ち付けることはしていないので、強度は未確認ですが、一頭解体しても、切れ味は保てていました。 せっかくシースを作ってみましたが、慣れないうちは台所用ですね。
