Such a great protein powder! The beef isolate is a great alternative to whey - easier to digest and less carbs if you’re following a keto diet. I love that this one isn’t overly sticky or clumpy like other brands I’ve tried, though I do typically use a hand mixer to blend. It’s not going to be as easy to mix as whey but for me the other benefits outweigh a little clumping. The flavor is great too, not too sweet and the ingredients are simple (no gross fillers, preservatives, gums, etc.) and made in the USA. Their creatine powder is awesome too. Definitely worth trying.

Love this protein powder with minimal ingredients. Absolutely appreciate everything and Kelly and team stand for in terms of sourcing and keeping this product clean. I have been buying this protein powder since 2022 and have seen benefits in terms of maintaining my blood sugar by starting my day with a protein shake. I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy last year and was measuring my levels frequently and this was the only protein powder that helped me get enough protein without a spike in blood sugar. I have tried vanilla and chocolate flavors and waiting to receive my order of chai and pumpkin sauce. So excited to try different receipes with those flavors. I have been buying Be Well by Kelly protein powder for years - since she came out with it. I have trouble with whey protein powder, so this powder works for me and doesn't upset my stomach. I love the minimal ingredients and taste. I buy both chocolate and vanilla flavors. I add the powder to my yogurt, cottage cheese, smoothies, non-dairy milk, and tea. My husband is now addicted and adds the vanilla to his coffee each morning! I made a healthy chai latte with it every morning. We love this protein powder so much that we pack it in small bags and travel with it! It doesn't dissolve easily in liquid so we use a blender or milk frother and it does the trick!

The cleanest protein powder on the market! And tastes amazing too. The price may be higher compared to other protein powders but the quality is unmatched, so well worth it. Blends well if you have a proper blender.

This is a great clean version of protein powder. Because there are no emulsifiers or added crap you do need to use a blender to make this smooth but for me it’s a great trade off to have for a clean, junkless protein powder!

I have been using another brand (Optimum Nutrition) for nine years. One protein shake each morning. Switched to this brand for "cleaner" product ... only three ingredients, organic, etc. Unfortunately, this brand made me sick. Terrible cramps and bloating. I guess it was the sudden switch to beef isolate vs. whey based. Gave it several tries before I narrowed down the causal factor to be this product. I wanted to like this product but am going back to Optimum Nutrition.

I love that this has only 3 ingredients and a lot of protein. I was nervous about trying it because it was beef protein and only sweetened with monk fruit, but it tastes delicious. As the other reviews stated, it doesn't mix well which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I only make my shakes with a blender and add ice and it does mix pretty well in the blender. I typically mix with almond or coconut milk and if you blend it for a while it gets really creamy. I will definitely continue to use this product.

Absolute best. One of my favorite things is that it doesn’t have emulsifiers. Which means it sometimes sticks to my blender a little. But I’ve learned how to avoid it for the most part. Or I scrape it down if my kids help me and it goes everywhere and it’s fine. It also means I was comfortable having it daily while pregnant and breastfeeding and postpartum knowing I was having clean ingredients.
