It works great for non-windy days
This works well to keep the flag stable. I had hoped that it would also help keep the flag from flying up and catching on the porch roof above it, but it doesn't do that. It works great for non-windy days, but I have to come up with another solution for keeping the end of the flag from hooking on my gutters and fraying the flag.

Maybe
Seems like it would work for a smaller flag. Definitely doesn't work for a standard full size but it does slightly help

Then we had some pretty strong winds and it broke where the rings go ...
I installed this stabilizer about 3 weeks ago and it worked really well (like 5 star rating worth!). Then we had some pretty strong winds and it broke where the rings go around the flag pole. Too bad because I originally really liked this product and how it kept my flag hanging freely and prevented it from blowing up onto the roof.

Not so happy!
I felt that is was to short to prevent the flag from going on to my roof. It was over priced for the product.

ACTUALLY WORKS!
I have tried several other stabilizers and this is the only one that works! SO GREAT! I bought a second for my neighbor who knocked on my door to inquire about it. Highly recommend it and the attention given to customers is fantastic.

Good
Does a good job vs N-TX winds.

No longer have to get a step stool to fix the flag
This does work, especially when you read all of the directions, which of course we didn't do. We had put the stabilizer BELOW the bottom of the flag, so it still tangled. I was about to throw out the plastic bag when I saw a little drawing indicating it should be ABOVE the bottom of the flag. What a difference. I do wish the instructions had been clearly indicated.

Better than nothing
My flag still wraps around the pole in the wind, but it does it less frequently than without a stabilizer. Better than nothing.
