Nice bra but not for me
Although this bra style does not work for me, I am still writing a positive review. It seems well-made and the band and underwire fit very well. I am very sensitive to fabrics and lace; I thought that the fabric of the bra would be comfortable after wearing it but the decorative bits on the straps would probably always bother me a bit. This bra is really very pretty which is difficult to find in larger sizes.Unfortunately, if you have the type of breasts that are full on bottom and flat on top, this bra will not work for you. It simply attempts to cover too much of the breast above the nipple, which does not work for my breast type.

Fit for a princess....almost...!
Oh man I didn't even put the bra on but knew I'd love it when I felt it - the straps feel like they're made of that silk inside the shuck of corn. I thought no way something that soft would hold up my huge breasts, as the cup is also very soft/fluid and not formed like foam, but I was wrong. Turns out the cup is too big (I'm used to Panache, first time trying CK at all), and there was a smudge that even dabbing a cold-water paper towel couldn't get fully out (you could tell by the hang tag's watermark that this bra wasn't factory new, but new-to-me as someone before me was pretty careless when trying it on I guess? You'd think the person who ships it would would look at this to be sure you're shipping CLEAN garments, just a tip!), but if this bra was a proper fit and anything other than bright white, I likely would have cut the tags, fully hand washed before wearing, and loved wearing this bra. After the holiday stress dies down I maaaaaay come back and resize and if this bra comes in clean, I think it could easily become my favorite bra, as it's textured, the material feels like luxury, and the style is cute cute cute; I can see why they call it Princess.

Underwire already poking through!!!
I am sooooo miffed! So I had bought this bra before and LOVED it! So when I changed sizes a year later I bought it again. Only this time the underwire poked through the fabric just days after the return window had closed. I've had this bra for just over a month, paid $40 for it and its already unwearable because it is unbearably uncomfortable. What happened Curvy Kate? This has always been my favorite bra and I used to be able to count on you to create great bras that fit and actually lasted. This is definitely one of the most frustrating and disappointing bra experiences I've had in a while and it makes me question if I should buy another Curvy Kate bra again or if I should spend hours researching and hoping to find a new favorite elsewhere.Cups sizes do run a bit large but I definitely wouldn't complain about that.

Wire stabs through, 3 bras.
The first one I bought lasted almost a year without the wire breaking through. Recently I bought two of these thinking I was just unlucky with the first and liking the heavy duty no stretch lace. This time I had a worse experience. The place is great but the part covering the wire from poking through is cheap and the wire had no guards to help it from breaking. I bought one blue and one white. One broke through after 2 days of wear and the other after 5 days of actual wearing it time.

My favorite bra now!
This is a seriously comfortable bra. I've not worn an underwire for YEARS, because I have a short torso and any underwire feels like it's stabbing me in the chest under my boobs and trying to pierce through my armpit.I bought this bra, the Dreamcatcher and the Daily Boost bra. This one fits better on my small frame and I don't feel like I'm being strapped into a corset (because underwires are so large), plus I don't feel like I'm going to spill out, which is how balcony bras can feel. I am full on top and my chest is very jiggly like water balloon, but I don't get any of the "flat top" with this bra where my chest is exposed, which is also another problem with balcony bras I've experienced (like the Dreamcatcher bra will do to me). I understand balcony bras are supposed to make your cleavage look great, but when you've got less than firm chest, it's hard to make the girls behave and not get all flat on top. This bra does a fantastic job of lifting and separating without digging into my shoulders. Since my bra size is in constant fluctuation (I gain at least 2 cup sizes right before my period) I bought this one during the "smaller" phase when I'm at 40H and it's seriously comfortable and looks super sexy, which is hard to do when you're my size.I did have to return a bunch of bras to find my actual correct bra size. I thought I was going to be a 4D, but turns out I'm between an H and HH (like whoa!) Also, the sizing here is listed as UK, so just be aware of that when you purchase these; Curvy Kate is a UK brand.

Great!
I've worn a black one for years but noticed that they were clearancing the bra out on CK's site. The Topaz (which I ordered in a 30J) isn't even available through them now! This is what I get for leaving something on my wishlist for over a year, right? So I finally pulled the trigger. It's just as gorgeous as in the photo, but more of a hot pink. The lace is surprisingly soft and comfortable, even after a long day; the mesh is layered more thickly at the bottom half of the cup for modesty. That said, if you have nipple piercings, they'll still show through unless you're wearing a thicker/loose shirt. The band is a bit large for me, but I "sister sized" from a 28K and kind of expected it. All around, a comfortable, beautiful bra.

Great fit for me
I really like the fit of this bra. I bought a 32G, which fits just like other bras of the same size. It gives me a very rounded shape, which I like. The polka dot detail is pretty, but it is raised up slightly so you can see it under a thin top. But if I wear a cami underneath, it's not noticeable. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the underwire popped out of one side within 2 weeks (so I had only worn it 3-4 times). I have a sewing machine so I stitched the hole up, so that's not an issue anymore, but it's pretty disappointing to see that happen so quickly. That said, maybe it was just a fluke and I had a poorly stitched area, and because I love the fit so much, I'd definitely buy another one!

excellent fit - would buy again
I've bought this bra in all sorts of sizes and colours from high street depending on what I needed at the time and have always found to be a good fit. This was the first time I have bought a bra from Amazon and was very pleased. Very pleased with price, I paid £16.50Quick delivery ordered on Monday delivered on Thursday. Delivery was free. Would buy this bra again from Amazon but only because I know and like this style/brand of bra.Balconnette cup. Fabric is the mesh kind, see through on top half of cup but smooth enough nipples don't poke through through, fully stretchable fabric trim across top of bust, cups are stretchable too the straps are the kind where you can extend the adjuster right to the end of the strap (some bras you can't do this). I bought this one to do the hooks up on the furthest one out so that as the bra gives I can get as much use out of it as possible.

Very comfortable & very pretty
I loved this bra, this was the first Curvy Kate one I've purchased I bought my regular size, for the last few years I've worn only Debenhams own brand bra & the difference between this bra & Debenhas bra was huge.I thought I needed the really thick, long [often uncomfortable] underwire the Debenhams bras have, when my Curvy Kate one came it felt really small & flimsy, I almost sent it straight back without trying it on.Even with the much thinner and shorter wire the bra is really uplifting, supportive & comfortable, and most of all really feminine & pretty!I'm very pleased with my purchase.

really comfortable!!!
I bought a size 38gg which fits perfectly and is so comfy. The wires do not dig in and they fit close to my breastbone at the front. I have 6 of these bras and will buy more as the colours and styles are very flattering...so good to find bras that look great in bigger sizes and each style has different little details. The cups have a double layer of light material and the bras appear to be well made and good sized shoulder straps that do not dig in. Have handwashed this one a few times and it still looks and feels as new. I got a boost wearing this bra pardon the pun.!

Sizing good, pretty and not itchy, skinny wires not great
Looks lovely on, however it's not very comfortable. 😔 The wires are quite thin and on the second wear are digging in at the two ends.It also arrived with a fuschia pink size label sewn on to the strap with fuschia pink thread, it was quite difficult to remove as it was tightly sewn. It's a shame as the material is non itchy and the sheerness makes it sexy.

Quality ok underwires to harsh on ends
Made in quality material although always worn decent balcony bras am somewhat disappointed that this item felt great on trying on but having worn for an hour I have had to constantly re arrange it as the underwires were actually so hard on ends that they have bruises my skin and made me very sore-not impressed at all
