The Circulator - Powerful, Automatic 360 Rotating Pool Return Jet for All types of swimming pools for Extreme Circulation

I was in need of getting something that helps heat the pool throughout. We have an above ground pool and all the warm water sits on top. This gadget has changed things for the better. It moves the water more effectively to create a uniform heat within the pool.The real winner is the customer service this company implores. Not only did I get help with my product, but they were also super helpful in talking about treating the pool and getting the best results for treatment and care for the pool.Highly recommend!!!!

I read the reviews before purchasing and it seemed good so I thought I'd try it. I started to return it as soon as I hooked it up as when it spun to the top it was throwing water out of my above ground pool. I called customer service and he was extremely nice and informed me I needed to another part to this circulator which was a cap and that would fix my problem. I explained that this is something they needed to inform the buyer about as had I known this I would not have purchased, that was around $10 extra that I wasn't expecting to buyThis was put on the circulator and it did okay. Actually nothing to rave about and to be totally honest I couldn't tell a whole lot of difference in water pressure to my previous one. I wish I would have returned it after installing it instead of going to an extra expense. It is not like the pictured circulator so I am wondering if they have some old inventory.Anyway after about a months use because I had to wait for the other part to ship I went out today to treat the pool and discovered it is no longer rotating which is the reason I purchased. And "no" I am not calling customer service as he may talk me into another one! LOL...It is true the customer service is extremely nice, so nice that he was the one that talked me into buying the extra piece when I should have used my better judgement and returned it because of the neglect of advertising it properly and reported it to Amazon as bad business. I couldn't do that to such a nice person.....so my purchase is just over a month and now I am not eligible to return it as I m just outside the 30 days return policy, although I used less than a month because of having to wait for the extra part to be shipped, which was not advertised as being necessary for the operation of The Circulator.I usually don't write a long review but if this helps one person from wasting their money it will be worth it. Take my word for it....it is a worthless piece of junk and when I read those reviews I just shake my head and wonder if they are true reviews.One more thing the customer service is the same man that makes and designed the Circulator so it must be a very small operation and he does have a gift of the gab, so if you decide to give it a try and it doesn't work for you send it back to Amazon (don't call customer service) or you may get suckered in like me.I would give the product 0 star if I could and the customer service a 5 star....lol!

This product is amazing, no longer do I have particles floating on the top of the water as this pushes it all towards the skimmer, but more importantly, read the science, it maintains consistency in your pool that will save you money as well as keep your pool balanced.Then on top of it all you can contact Wes, the inventor, who you can call and he will walk you through the process when you are ready to install. The process was very simple but it was great having him on the phone to not only make sure you do it right but also to explain everything about it to you as you do it. Must buy if you have a pool, any non circulating return seems so ancient now!

I bought two of these for my pool after reading reviews on here and watching a demo video from their website. I got them same day delivery (thanks Amazon) and was very excited to get them installed. I took the old jet off and attempted to put the Circulator on but it wouldn't quite go on. Seemed like it was just a bit too small or the threads were different. I've had my pool for a couple of years and I know a good amount about how to care for it, but I am a long way from being an expert. I wasn't worried at all though remembering from the reviews I had read about the customer service. So the next day I called and spoke to Wes and told him what I had run into. He immediately knew what I needed to do. I had been trying to screw it into a fitting for the old jet. He told me how to get the old fitting off and had conveniently included a proper replacement fitting in the box. He stayed on the phone with me the whole time as I went through each step.. After installing the replacement fitting the Circulator install was a snap. My pool has a lot of returns on it and I just bought two of these to test them out, but after seeing this one in action today I plan on replacing all of the others soon. Great product and fantastic customer support!UPDATE:I bought two more as I have a lot of returns in my pool. This product now comes with a hood attachment if you have a problem with water cresting above the surface that will direct it back down. I did need a different adapter for one of them so I called Wes at the number provided on the box and he walked me through identifying which one I needed and is sending it to me. If you have any questions at all I highly recommend calling the number supplied on the box, he's very knowledgeable. Hope this helps, a year later I stand by my 5 star rating.Thanks!

Save your money, jet failed in the first two days. Once installed, it turned a few times and then nothing. Absolute garbage!

I really liked the concept of these circulating flow jets. I replaced my existing water outlets with these. They are a very simple "screw off the old" and "screw on the new" affair. The circulator worked fine for a few hours. When I returned to the pool I realized it had stopped rotating and was just stationary. I tapped it lightly and it started to rotate again. I left and came back shortly only to discover that it had stopped rotating again. Just fyi, my pool is very clean with little debris in the water and the output flow is very generous. I believe that the tolerances for the gears are either too loose or just the opposite too tight. I decided to unscrew these and replaced them with my original standard jets.

Awesome product! It does what it's supposed to. My water circulates way better with it than without it.The instructions say to call them when you've installed it and I did. Now I have two free gifts on the way. Awesome customer service. Will recommend to everyone I know with a pool.Edit: July 1st, 2021.The gears had broken and I received the replacement parts, in triplicate, and I replaced the parts and the Circulator still didn't work. I sent Wes an email 2 days ago. He called me tonight and we spent 20 minutes on the phone fixing the problem, step by step. My Circulator is now working just like brand new.Wes also gave me a few tips on how to keep my sand filter clean and other relevant things.I seriously don't understand the negative reviews on here...Any problem you have, all you have to do is send Wes an email and he'll call you to see what he can do to fix it AND he'll give you useful info that the store salesman won't...Someone please tell me what other company boss will, personally, call you back and walk you through the problem and get a solution...besides, you should really be giving your money to the little guy.

I first purchased 3 of the circulators for my pool over 5 years ago and they haven’t let me down. They perform brilliantly in maintaining circulation throughout the pool and I have never had any issues since the installation. A simple maintenance performed on the circulators and they keep working every time. If I’ve had any questions/inquiry about them or had an issue, a quick email via the website and a response and/or solution is received with 1-2 days. I highly recommend this product as an upgrade to any pool.

Both of them broke in less than 24 hours !!!Something you find in a dollar store ….Complete waste of time and money and I can’t seem to find the return option for this … I don’t care I want my money back or I’ll sue him!

It would be a good idea to supply the adaptor part 10006 when selling to the Australian market. As the pool installers use the type of jets that need this adaptor.

Bought a couple of circulators for our pool a couple of weeks ago, but when I ran into some water flow issues I contacted the number on the box, and ended up speaking with Wes (the investigator) who was very patient and walked me through troubleshooting and making the needed adjustments so ensure the devices work efficiently for my setup.Great product, Great service .. Very Satisfied customer.
