If you're vegan, you'll be surprised at how many health products contain animal-derived ingredients, so good to find a range specifically for those of us trying to live a more cruelty-free life. I also sometimes find table form vitamins heavy on the tum and they take a while to absorb. This liquid form suits me well, feel more energised and awake as we move into the winter months in the UK. Pump action of the bottle makes it easy to control the dose and I add to my orange juice each day. Vitamin D is important as there is less sunshine and is supposed to be good for everything from bones to fighting free radicals in our atmosphere, so am glad to have found a new source and am hoping to stay healthy all the way until the spring!

As I always had issues to swallow tablets, liquid vitamin D is a brilliant solution! It comes in a handy glass bottle with an easy to use pump. As the suplement is vegan 100% it ticks all my boxes! Highly recommend for children as well.

So far so good. My kids dont mind taking it as they reckon it tastes like butter (which it does). I'm sure its helping their vitamin D levels seeing as they arent outside as much as before the lockdowns

Great support for the immune system. Handy applicator, tight sealing. The bottle is sturdy but made of glass so can be recycled. One bottle provides a supply of vitamin D for a few months so it appears to be a cost-efficient alternative to tablets. No distinctive taste.

Kids don’t mind taking it, it’s tasteless. I’m glad I found a natural one for kids

Bottle says not suitable for under 18, leaflet says suitable for over 1 year and info listed on Amazon says 1 pump suitable for children? Which is correct? I bought this hoping to use for my baby but now I will have to find an alternative
