i ordered up, i wear usually a medium/large, 5ft 150 lbs, (for record) so ordered xlg, way to big, but very cute and will be warm for our party.

The costume ran a small and the seams on the dress itched really bad. If it was a little bigger i would ha e felt comfortable with a t-shirt under it. I only wore it for a couple hours before I had to take it off.
