Why dr mercola added a maltodextrine,sucrose and modified starch? These are not healthy ingredients

Theses items have been added for the following; Maltodextrin (From cassava, tapioca, rice, or potato) - This is used as a flow agent which is used in place of magnesium stearate. Sucrose (From sugarcane and sugar beets) - This is used to assist in the granulation of the product which is used in place of lactose. Modified Starch (From tapioca and pea) - This is used as a binding agent which is used in place of starch derived from GMO corn.
