I love this product. I had others that were more open and cup-shaped, but these are so much easier to use. They don't have to be squeezed but can be pressed down and create a lot of suction. My back looks awful but feels great :-D.

These definitely work to loosen the fascia of the muscles! The medium size cup is my favorite because it fits my hand well and works well for the muscles that I can reach. I have had them for about 8 months now and use them about once per week so they stand up to regular use. Definitely recommend but see your therapist to get an idea of how to get maximum use from them.

Love this cupping set for lymphatic drainage! Love the different sizes and they are easy to clean. There was no smell.

Being a massage therapist I have multiple sets. These are sadly my worst ones. Just cheaply made.

I bought 2 other different kinds of cupping sets before I found this PERFECT set. These are so simple to use, don't fall off easily like the other 2 sets (glass with blue rubber bulb-too heavy. Always falling off unless straight up) These can be used in the bath!! And work really well on my HEEL for plantar fasciitis. The other plastic set with a suction pump was too complicated and hard to get to stick to my heel/foot and the cups had to be straight up and down or would fall off due to gravity pulling the "pin" out. These super flexible cups can fit anywhere.

I use these every week for pain relief. Great for sore muscles whether you're an athlete or you sit at the computer all day. I highly recommend these. After a few uses, they become easier to squeeze and suction onto the skin - be sure to use lotion or oil! I've used these on my face, arms, legs, back, buttocks, anywhere. Feels great! After a few weeks of use in the poor circulation areas, you'll begin to notice that the purple/red color isn't as deep - it's working! Relief too! I tried chiropractor and massage appointments for years and though those are still really great, I found that these mostly solved my arm/shoulder pain issue.

Super easy to use! Be careful about the suction!!!!I use a body oil to help glide with wet cupping, but these can get a really intense suction that can be incredibly painful.I really love the variety of sizes so that I can use them all over.
