Waterdrop PT-04C-A Alkaline Water Filter Pitcher, 10-Cup Capacity, Clear

I’ve been using this pitcher daily, and it really makes a difference in how the water tastes, cleaner, smoother, and without that tap water aftertaste. The alkaline boost gives it a fresher feel, and it’s nice knowing it filters out impurities while adding minerals back in. The 10-cup size is great for a family, it holds enough for the day without constantly refilling, but it’s still compact enough to fit in the fridge. The pitcher itself feels sturdy, and I like that it’s BPA-free. The filter lasts a good while (about 100 gallons before needing a change), and swapping it out is simple. Pouring is smooth too, no leaks or awkward drips. It does have a bit of weight when full, but that’s expected with a larger capacity. Overall, it’s been an easy way to keep healthier-tasting water on hand without relying on bottled water.

Love the wooden handle and natural filter of coconut husk and charcoal. Water tastes great, no chemical taste fresh clean water. Easy to use, safe clean high quality.

Good product

Better alternative for alkaline water than buying lots of plastic bottles, but those with weak wrists should note this water pitcher is heavy! I'm not crazy about the fill flapper but I find it easy enough to remove the whole lid to refill. Occasionally I end up with a bit too alkaline but just add regular filtered water to the alkaline water in my drinking bottle.

Works great and easy to fill

I live in Las Vegas where the water is terrible. This makes a huge difference in the taste of coffee. I had a Zero Water previously which took out too much of what your body needs and made me feel sick. After researching Waterdrop, I made the right choice. No issues. My water tastes great now.

**Updated Review. Customer service contacted me asking if they could assist in any way and they replaced my pitcher for me. The lid on my replacement seems a little more "snug". The pitcher filters as described and it was more the inconvenience of a lid falling off that prompted my 3 star review. I found that if the side of the lid is wet, it creates a suction and does not fall off at all while pouring. The great costumer service with this company (a rare commodity theses days) is why I have upped my stars. I would purchase from them again knowing that if I have an issue, they will do all they can to help make it right.*** I like that this is supposed to not only filter, but turn your water "alkaline". Price is reasonable. I don't like that the lid doesn't latch to stay on the pitcher when you go to pour. If your pitcher is full of water it is not an issue, but when you tilt too far the lid falls right off. I am still debating on if I am going to keep or return it for this reason. It is kind of a pain.

I bought brand new it worked well for a while until the blue light on the lid would not stop blinking until it died completely. Customer service wouldn’t help me so I just got fed up and bought another one and now it’s blinking now and won’t stop even if I hold down the button. So you just gotta keep buying these pitchers because there is no replacement battery. Great pitchers if you wanna keep replacing them. The alkaline water is great BUT!
