The flavor
Apparently I had never experienced true brown sugar that wasn't over-processed. This is the best brown sugar I've ever tasted. As soon as I open it and the molasses scent hits I have to eat a pinch- it's unavoidable. My husband & I taste tested it with typical brown sugar and it's night/day. The typical version is almost flavorless & dry compared to this one. I've used this in fudge brownies, apple pies, oatmeal cream pies & cinnamon buns. It works perfectly & makes everything delicious. I like that the granuals are a little bigger. If I need a finer grain brown sugar (for cinnabuns) I run it thru my food processor for a min & it's perfect. I keep a terracotta puck in the bag for moisture, but I've had it stay perfectly moist for months without one. I've repurchased 10x and will continue as long as the quality is great.

Well my sister really enjoyed it a lot so much so that I don't think I got much of it he pretty much ate the whole bag on by her self.

It has a very strong flavor
when we first used it ,we tossed the cookies,molasses too strong, but i mixed it with 3 parts organic white sugar and it is perfect,now

Tastes and smells great
