Easy to chew on be sure to wash it before and it’s better to chew one side at a time I did both sides at once but it was harder to control. But did one side and it was easier as it’s like chewing gum so it’s better as well.

Mine came and when I started to do the exercises I noticed that one was harder to chew than the other, I switched sides for them and had the same result.

Broke in the first day, got a replacement, broke again, I didn't even bother with a refund.

I like this jaw exerciser a lot. I can definitely see the improvement of my facial muscle. My face looks slimmer and jaw muscle is stronger.

I like that my jaw gets exercise; however, I haven’t seen a difference in the definition of my chin/jawline/double chin. It’s been about a month now. Not sure I recommend. I’m going to give it some more time first.

Están buenas, se siente como ejercitas la mandíbula, no puede decir si funciona o no ya que las probé 10 días y se rompieron

No sé si realmente sirvan para marcar la mandíbula pero son resistentes aunque me dan ganas de morderlo de manera en que se vayan a romper pero no lo hago las muelas las mastican y resisten bien y si ejercitan el músculo de la mandíbula
