The hardware itself is very good. The machining and materials are very smooth and premium-feeling. All of the threads next together smoothly and the included o-rings feel fresh, pliable, and durable. This is to be expected for an item that costs more than twice of some of its competitors. That said, I take away 1 star because there are variations in the actual nickel plating. I purchased multiple boxes of these and other black nickel fittings while gathering my build, only to be disappointed months later, after my return window closed, when I went to use them and discovered that there is a significant inconsistency in the color of these fittings, some being darker than others, and some being lighter and having a blueish-gray tint to them, with the variations not only being from one box to another, but also sometimes within the same package. I would take away 1 star from any product that has such an issue, but I have to take away another because their premium pricing makes this problem even more egregious. Higher pricing should mean better products, but these just don't check all of the boxes that the pricey offerings of an established company should be able to.

Habe mir meine erste WaKü gebaut und bin über diese EK Fittings gestlopert, dieser Nickel in Schwarz Optik ist einfach wunderschön. Okay , Handschuhe tragen bei der Montage ist Pflicht ;) man sieht jeden Fingerabdruck darauf.Nicht Billig aber wunderschön.
