Excellent replacement 4411 bulb for tractors
I purchased this to replace the 4411 bulbs in my '68 Minneapolis Moline Jetstar 3. The original GE incandescent bulbs had long burned out and I wanted LEDs so as not to tax the old wiring. When I got the package, I sadly found only one bulb in the box (picture on box shows two, who reads the fine print??), but my disappointment faded when I installed the bulb.As seen in the pictures, the light from this bulb is AMAZING. The GE bulb was installed on the driver's side of my tractor while I put two a working incandescent 4411 bulb into the passenger side. In short, the LED bulb blows the incandescent out of the water in brightness and reach. Observe how the LED lights up the entire garage and left side of the yard while the incandescent barely manages a showing. For the nerds out there, I measured this bulb's draw and recorded 0.98 A at 13.8 V using my Fluke 45 meter and a HP power supply, while the incandescent bulb drew about 2.5 A at the same voltage. This puts the LED at about 12W consumption, which is very low! Overall, I am very impressed with this LED replacement bulb and hope GE continues to manufacture it. It costs a lot more than the Chinese knockoff bulbs, but the quality and reach of light output from this one makes the cost entirely worth it.
