Flimsy plastic, breaks easily & Terrible Customer Support
The sound and noise cancelling were great, but went to remove the headset off my head and heard a snap (wasn’t removed forcefully either).I contacted Jam support both via the form they suggested and direct email over a month ago and never heard back, so terrible support.I have an older Jam headset that is still working and the plastic seems much sturdier, I only purchased this one for its noise canceling feature.

They break easily
The headphones are good, noise cancelation works well....however, they have HUGE structural weakness, they will break in half at the top after a month or so. Happened twice in a row with this specific model....stay away
