I am using them at work. I bought one to try it and then 4 more because I liked it so well. I think it has 20x optical zoom and another 10x digital zoom or something - the zoom is great. The 255 presets are great. One camera has noise on the audio (a buzzing sound). I like the fact that the camera has an internal memory card (purchased separately) that allows the unit to function as a digital recorder also. The mounting was a bit tricky - I had to take the camera mounting bracket off the camera in order to have room to drive the mounting screws in, which necessitated having the camera being already hooked up electrically. Which was a bit awkward to hold while using a power tool (Drill/driver) and standing on a ladder. Still, It only took a few minutes to mount and hook up the camera once the power was available. I like the fact that several users can access the camera at the same time is very useful.

great pictures and zoom well worth the money, and 5mp.

Good camera works well,supports rtsp and onvif but the documentation is lacking.hard to find the information. With better docs this could be great camera.
