This is a good product to purchase, as I’m a security officer at a hospital and we assist visitors with this model, JNC345. After having used it on several occasions I purchased one for myself and in turned I’ve assisted an individual at a grocery store not long after receiving it, as there were other men on scene with jumper cables having already tried to start this car before I had arrived, told me the battery had no amps. I stated to them to let me try mine, I hooked up my Jump N Carry and it started this car effortlessly. I’m glad I purchased this and do recommend this model JNC345, to anyone that’s in the market looking to buy as it’s a good item to have.

The JNC345 is one of the few products with leads long enough to reach the manufacturer recommended jumper points for the 2021 RAV4 Prime / PHEV. The JNC325 is a few inches too short to reach the jumper points comfortably on the 2021 RAV4 Prime / PHEV.

Does not work on a bad battery that has an internal short! At least not consistently, but great on dead or weak batteries. However you can always disconnect battery and hook straight to cables "use bypass mode" then alternator will run car till you reconnect battery. The unit must sense some resistance to work or it thinks the circuit is open, but not so little resistance that it thinks there's a short.

This Jump N Carry box is designed to shut off it's power after 25 seconds of on time! Absolutely STUPID function of shutting off after 25 sec. - just about the amount of time to go from under the hood and into the driver's seat, get the key in and try to start it. We bought 2 of these - will return these and go back to NOCO GB70's which don't shut off until you power them off - MUCH more suitable for busy shops like ours! We don't have time to go back and forth trying to beat the 25 second timer. I called Jump n Carry and they said they included this 25 seconds until shut off as some kind of "Safety feature" and they have no desire to change anything. It does work to jump start a vehicle - as long as you can get it started within 25 seconds of the time you turn it on under the hood. This would be fine for a homeowner who only discharged his battery, but not for any car that may have a problem making it difficult to start. We have used the NOCO boxes for years, and these are lighter weight with longer cables - but the HUGE drawback is the 25 second timer. We only crank the starter a maximum of 5 seconds per cycle and then let the NOCO box rest for 30 seconds, but with this stupid 25 second shut off, we have to keep going back and forth under the hood to start anything. Too bad Jump n Carry designated such a stupid 25 second shut off feature into the otherwise high quality jump box! If Chlore just wanted to make it safe, they could just leave out the internal battery! It's back to NOCO jump boxes for our business

Great item. Powerful enough to jump dead battery. Keep it with me always. Light is a plus

I had no idea these things existed until I needed a jump. Used my insurance road side assist. I'm expecting a tow truck. Guy shows up in his car with this thing. Worked like a charm. I purchased one immediately. Does the job.

Does what it is supposed to. Worked jumping a completely dead Ford 5.4 liter V8. Motor in good running order just a REAL dead battery. I have same worries as others with storage temperature limits but hope to see if toolbox is better than inside seal cab.
