It's tasty when I add honey. I haven't tried it unsweetened though. For the acne part of it, I did not see any improvement in my adult acne but that's only because I do not drink this tea regularly as I am not a tea drinker. I usually drink this tea or any other tea when I get my menstrual cramps and it doesn't do anything special compared to other teas when it comes to helping my cramps but it is a more natural alternative to other teas you may see in stores like walmart or target for a really good price.This comes with 2 packages of tea bags which have no string or staples or paper attached to the bags which I find convenient and they are better for the environment. I love how the ingredients listed show that it's only made of nettle leaf teas and nothing else which makes you feel like you're drinking something so good and healthy for you. I will definitely be purchasing from this brand again once I run out of this awesome tea :)

I love nettle tea. Unfortunately there isn't very much tea in the ALVITA teabags. If you follow the directions on the box which say " Place one teabag in a cup and add no more than 6 oz of boiling water. Let steep for 3 minutes" , you will end up with a small, and VERY WEAK cup of tea! In order to have a decent cuppa (using the ALVITA brand) you need to use two teabags and steep for at least 10 minutes, which does produce a good cup of tea, however, if used this way, now each box only has 12 instead of 24 servings of tea per box. The ALVITA teabags are not individually wrapped, and there are two teabags connected to each other, which are difficult to seperate. There are no strings attached to the teabags. Even though it's more expensive, I wilI probably buy the TRADITIONAL MEDICINALS brand of nettle tea in the future. It's a great cup of tea, and you get the product that you expect to get (16 individually wrapped, quality teabags per box). I hope Amazon will add the TRADITIONAL MEDICINALS nettle tea to the subscribe and save program.

Nettle tea helps me with my sinus allergies at least as well as my several medicines and no sided effects. I've used one other brand before this and Alvita is better tasting and has more aroma. No strings on the bags is a bit of a inconvenience.

Alvita Nettle tea is lousy. It does not taste good. The tea bags have very little tea in them. Some of the tea bags were open and the contents spilled into the outer packaging. I will stick with another brand of Nettle tea. First they sent Parsley tea and I had to send that back. Don't waste your time or your money on this product.

i've been drinking this for about 3 weeks...and i'm sorry...i just don't like it. it's not bitter...but it's just...not good. ?

I'm 46 years old and recently have been having some serious problems with my period and being anemic. I had to have a blood transfusion because I bleed so much and wasn't reproducing blood. I started doing my own research and nettle tea kept coming up so I ordered this brand to give it a try. The day it came I could bearly get out of bed I drank 3 cups that day and by the evening I was feeling pretty dang good. I had my blood checked and didn't need another transfusion even after bleeding for 6 weeks straight I drink it every day and have ordered more for my self and for my mom and my daughter. It didn't stop the bleeding but it has helped me to be able to function and not have to get transfusions. As far as the taste it doesn't have much flavor but doesn't taste bad either I drink it hot with nothing else in it. I would so recommend this tea if your feeling tired and run down. Its made a big difference in my life.

I bought this because I read it has a lot of healthy properties. There is not a flavor which, I guess, is better than a bad taste. I am a green tea drinker so I brewed this with some green tea and it worked out pretty good
